Cancellation and Refund Policy (summary)
- Remote sale cancellation: within 14 days from receiving the written confirmation containing the transaction details, or from receipt of the goods/service — whichever is later.
- Consumer with disability, senior citizen (65+), or new immigrant: may cancel within 4 months, where applicable to remote sales and subject to documentation.
- Cancellation fee when not due to defect/non‑conformity/breach: up to 5% of the price or 100 NIS — the lower of the two.
- Refund timing: within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the original means of payment.
- Exceptions: custom‑made goods; digital content once accessed/opened; fixed‑date hospitality/travel/leisure services; and others per law.
- Cancellation due to defect, non‑conformity, delay in supply, or breach: no cancellation fee; additional remedies may apply under the law.
